Mila Valkova, nació en Moscú, Rusia (1990). Es artista multimedia y motivadora, dedicada a apoyar a mujeres que enfrentan pérdidas: pérdida prenatal, abortos espontáneos, muerte de seres queridos, así como abuso moral y físico que las priva del derecho a decir adiós. Vive en Buenos Aires, Argentina, desde hace casi dos años, se presenta en pleno proceso de aprendisaje de un nuevo idioma y reconstruyendo una vida desde cero. En paralelo, abogó por apoyar a las mujeres. También ayuda a aquellos hombres que están dispuestos a ser un pilar de apoyo para las mujeres en situaciones difíciles, brindándoles la oportunidad de comprender mejor a las mujeres, aprender a sentir empatía y brindar apoyo durante pérdidas prenatales compartidas o momentos de agravio. Desde su propia experiencia de pérdida, como no haber sido invitada al funeral de su padre, con sus cenizas aún en su casa y el haberle negado la oportunidad de despedirse de él. Estas pérdidas y pruebas fueron un duro golpe para ella, pero también, la inspiraron a ayudar a otras mujeres que pasaban por dificultades similares.

"Como alguien que ha soportado tales pérdidas, creo que una mujer que ha experimentado este tipo de dolor puede comprender y apoyar mejor a los demás. A través de pintura, fotografía, performance e instalaciones, así como prácticas de trabajo corporal, creo un espacio donde cada mujer puede expresar su dolor y transformarlo en una fuente de fuerza interior. Mi arte es una sublimación de la sensualidad y la negación, la vida y la muerte, el dolor y la alegría. Ayudo a equilibrar estos contrastes en un estado neutral para que las mujeres no tengan miedo de expresarse, sintiéndose protegidas y apoyadas." Palabras de Mila Valkova.

**En la exhibición "El nacimiento de la mariposa", presentada en la galería, la artista a través de la fotografía quiere expresar metafóricamente cómo ha vivido este dolor y cómo ha renacido a partir de él. La exposición presenta fotografías del año 2023, tomadas después del agravio, y del 2024, cuando ya había integrado este dolor como parte de mi experiencia.

En colaboración con la artista Mila Valkova, Anastasia Vandalkovskaya explora la naturaleza humana a través de retratos que entablan un diálogo visual con las pinturas de Valkova, revelando la conexión entre el arte y la psicología.

Anastasia Vandalkovskaya es una fotógrafa-artista cuyo trabajo va más allá de la fotografía comercial, centrándose en proyectos personales y conceptuales que empujan los límites del arte. Ha participado en exposiciones clave como "Art-Objective" en la Casa de Fotografía de Moscú, "Teatro de la Luz" en el Museo Errta y "A través de la lente" en el Teatro Mariinsky. Su trabajo ha sido nominado para concursos internacionales como los Monochrome Photography Awards. Mila Valkova was born in Moscow, Russia (1990). She is a multimedia artist and motivator, dedicated to supporting women facing losses: prenatal loss, miscarriages, death of loved ones, as well as moral and physical abuse that deprives them of the right to say goodbye. She has lived in Buenos Aires, Argentina, for almost two years, and is in the process of learning a new language and rebuilding a life from scratch. In parallel, she advocated for supporting women. She also helps those men who are willing to be a pillar of support for women in difficult situations, giving them the opportunity to better understand women, learn to empathize, and provide support during shared prenatal losses or moments of grievance. From her own experience of loss, such as not being invited to her father's funeral, with his ashes still in her house, and being denied the opportunity to say goodbye to him. These losses and trials were a hard blow for her, but they also inspired her to help other women going through similar hardships.

"As someone who has endured such losses, I believe that a woman who has experienced this kind of pain can better understand and support others. Through painting, photography, performance and installations, as well as bodywork practices, I create a space where every woman can express her pain and transform it into a source of inner strength. My art is a sublimation of sensuality and denial, life and death, pain and joy. I help balance these contrasts in a neutral state so that women are not afraid to express themselves, feeling protected and supported." Words by Mila Valkova.

**In the exhibition "The Birth of the Butterfly", presented at the gallery, the artist through photography wants to metaphorically express how she has lived through this pain and how she has been reborn from it. The exhibition presents photographs from 2023, taken after the incident, and from 2024, when I had already integrated this pain as part of my experience.
